Spaghetti  160g
Cherry tomatoes 100g
Argentine prawns 12
Garlic clove 1
Fresh green chilli pepper 1
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons
Untreated lemon zest to taste
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
Salt to taste

Garlic Oil and Shrimp Pasta is a classic Italian dish with an exotic touch. The combination of garlic, oil, and Argentine shrimp creates a unique and irresistible flavor, perfect for those looking for a simple yet tasty dish. The addition of green chili pepper adds the right amount of spiciness that makes the dish enveloping.


1 Start by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes, dice them, and set them aside. Finely chop the garlic and green chili pepper.
2 Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook al dente following the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with finely chopped garlic and green chili pepper.
3 After a couple of minutes, add the diced cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted. Add the Argentine shrimp and sauté for a couple of minutes.
4 Drain the spaghetti al dente and add them to the pan with the sauce. Sauté everything for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Serve the hot spaghetti, sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley and lemon zest. Enjoy!
