From sea to your table

At Blue line, we believe in the importance of a sustainable and controlled supply chain to ensure high-quality and environmentally-friendly products. For this reason, we only select the best fish and seafood, processed with care and tradition to guarantee you a genuine and delicious product. Every stage of the production process, from fishing to processing, is monitored and controlled to ensure maximum transparency and safety. Choosing our products means choosing quality and sustainability, from sea to table.

The best Selection

Our thirty years of experience has been increasingly consolidated, and our commitment is to create tailor-made products for our consumers through careful selection of our production partners.

The production process follows natural and traditional procedures, and our smoked salmon is made using only fish raised in the crystal-clear waters of the Northern seas such as Norway, Scotland, and Iceland, processed according to traditional methods.

Traditional processing

The recipe is simple: fresh fillets are carefully trimmed and dry-salted, then slowly smoked in low-temperature ovens with natural smoke from premium woods. This process always ensures the best unique characteristics of taste, flavor, color, and texture according to the traditional recipe passed down from generation to generation.

The application of the most advanced quality control technologies guarantees that our smoked salmon meets the highest expectations of a good and healthy product.
