Slices of bread roll 6
Icelandic salmon 150g
Hard-boiled eggs 2
Merida tomatoes 2
Mixed salad 50g
Goat's cheese 50g
Salt and pepper to taste

Our Club Sandwich with smoked salmon and Caprino is a delicious twist on the classic sandwich. Layers of soft bread, succulent smoked salmon, hard-boiled eggs, and creamy goat cheese come together to create an explosion of flavors with every bite. Perfect for a quick lunch or a tasty snack, the Club Sandwich is a versatile dish that will satisfy every palate.


1 In a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the tomato thinly. Once the eggs are cooked, cool them under cold water and peel. Then, slice them thinly.
2 Prepare the goat cheese spread. In a bowl, mash the goat cheese with a fork and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until it becomes creamy.
3 Assemble the 2 club sandwiches. Take the slices of white bread and spread some goat cheese on the top of each slice. Arrange the mixed greens, smoked salmon, and hard-boiled egg on top, then cover with another slice of bread. Add the smoked salmon and tomato slices, then cover with another slice of bread. On the third slice of toasted bread, layer the smoked salmon and mixed greens, then cover with the remaining slice of bread.
4 Cut the club sandwiches. Using a sharp knife, cut the club sandwich diagonally to create two triangles. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious smoked salmon club sandwich with eggs, mixed greens, tomatoes, and goat cheese spread! Bon appétit!
